Wrong amount deducted
An amount of R802.67 was deducted from my account on the 30 of April which I don't know why because I'm supposed to be deducted R410 that included an overdue amount of R10 an some couplet of cents. I called in today 30th of april 2015 and spoke to some rude lady who gave me excuses and she couldn't give me any relevant answers to my questions and advised me to rather go to the bank reverse the full amount and pay the R410 that I'm supposed to pay. So I am going to the bank and do as i was advised to do which is to reverse the money and pay what I'm supposed to pay and please may I not be called to pay anything however may I receive a call to inform me that this won't happen again.

Our records indicate that you have received Call Centre assistance on the 30 April 2015 by one of our agents. You were made aware to reverse the debit order collection at your bank and to make a cash payment amount of R410.00.
Please be advised that when you requested downgrade to Compact package. however it was too late by then because your debit order was already submitted to the bank.
This will not happen again if you notify us before time for downgrade of service to allow us to schedule downgrade as per your request.
