wrong amount

good day,I would please like hellopeter to help me solve this,i have a DSTV Compact and i never changed to view all the channels,so on the 15/08/2015 my dstv was disconnected and i was told to pay R900 and that i changed my package ,so can you please help me resolve this issue because i never changed to anything.
