Wrong Account nr EVERY TIME

I am HIGHLY DISGUSTED by the service I have received more than once!! This is the 3rd time that a customer service agents has given me someone else's box office account nr and everytime I phone there is an amount that according to them I didn't pay. Everytime I phone it is several calls that comes out to 3 to 4 hours on the phone with several agents and everyone says something else. I am highly discussed with the service and would recommend that they send their staff for some training and maybe employ more competent staff.
