I would like to commend the Customer Service I received from a young lady called Nokwandwa Mfeka, from Multichoice in Umhlanga. I have never received such a great customer experience. I called in to reconnect my line due to the fact that it got disconnected due to the peril we had in Bloemfontein we had last week, and to also activate my DSTV internet, the young lady was very patient with me, we had network coverage issues while talking on the phone, she persisted and called me back on numerous occasions, she never gave up on me. Earlier yesterday, I had bad encounters with agents from the same call centre, however I told myself that I won't let one bad potato spoil the whole the whole packet. So you really have a champion in Nokwandwa, she created s great customer experience, the service I received yesterday had a WOW Factor.
