Worst Whatsap Agent
This was possibly the worst whatsap agent I've conversed with in regards to a payment issue I had with Multichoice. I was a means to an end, to this man/woman. They didn't explain much, all he/she did was give me information I already knew, as if that wasn't worse - they ended the chat without checking if I understood or not. Absolutely useless. Siphe, you're an embarrassment. Polish up on your technical, customer and accounts skills. Working at multichoce is more than a pay cheque at the end of the month.
