WORST STREAMING SERVICE !!

Extremely frustrating and unfair experience with DStv.

I subscribed to Compact for about a month and cancelled it. The cancellation was scheduled for the 1st of the month. When the 1st arrived, the cancellation disappeared and I was charged for another month.

I then had to spend my time on live chat with an agent, who scheduled the cancellation again, but only for the 1st of the following month. So I am being charged for an extra month for a package I had already cancelled.

The cancellation process is unnecessarily complicated. The app allows you to cancel streaming, but there is no clear option to cancel the actual DStv package. You have to go through a live agent.

DStv needs to seriously fix its cancellation policy and app. If a customer cancels, the service should end at the end of that billing period, not force them into another month of charges.

This experience has completely put me off DStv. I will never subscribe again.
