Worst service to say the least.

Since the 01st of January 2023 when I made a payment for the amount of R839.00 to DSTV using the incorrect reference number of *** (previously a PayAt Reference number found on your DSTV Invoice) Yes I do know it is my fault but surely it is VERY easy to pick up the payment on their bank statements they still have not allocated my payment to date. You just have to keep on paying otherwise they switch off the DSTV account. I have sent my proof of payment numerous times to *** and *** with no success. You cannot speak to their accounts department, they will not give out the email address and when I ask that someone on the allocations side contact me it falls on deaf ears. I truly hope someone from DSTV reading this will get back to me.
