Worst service provider I've encountered.

I rented a skysc****r movie on Saturday the movie never loaded, When I called Multichoice, I was told they are experiencing technical issues and I will be notified when the movie is available (of which they never did), I rented again on Sunday and still it did not load although I received a successful sms. On both occasion the money was deducted from my account. I transferred money into my boxoffice account but when I tried to rent, I get 0 funds available. When I contacted them on Sunday I was told my issue has been escalated and I would be contacted. Still no contact has been made with me to resolve my issue instead all I get are surveys to rate their service.
