Worst service provider in South Africa

Today between yesterday and today I spoke to 7 agents and I'm still over billed and I believe this is their strategy of making money. I'm utterly disgusted at the service. Multichoice deserves to lose more customers because they are ******, over billing and using tactics to force customers to pay money that they didn't even get service for.
