Worst service provider ever

Good day

I be been waiting for a dstv decoder since 5 of June 2021.I was told it would get delivered within 7 working days

I ve followed up with the contact centre every day since the 11th of June to current ,even spoke to managers on some occasions

I sent an email at help@dstv ,the twitter acc,wats app I keep being told problem will get escalated

I never dealt with a service provider where even if you escalated or try different channels the service remains poor

Multichoice is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with,at this point home affairs is better
