WORST SERVICE PROVIDER and Thembinkosi is a *****

I spoke to a very condescending, stupid guy named Thembinkosi today. He talked like he knew what he was doing or saying, yet he is just a stupid, stupid guy. I dropped the call on him. MultiChoice deserves to fire so many people because they don't care about their clients..... I've been trying to sort out my connection for the entire week, but nothing helps. I foresee multichoice taking our money and shutting their doors on Us.... I am still without connection, the one minute I owe R648, then next is Zero, after I paid my normal bill, they say I owe R1000... What the HELL is going at MultiChoice??? ??? I know I won't get any help or feedback. This is so so Pathetic ????????????????????
