Worst service provider

The worst service one could ever get from this so called service provider. Spend literally 15 on a call with a consultant who I can't recall her name who put me on hold for almost 10 minutes +. All I wanted to know from her is why are they over charging me when my price lock has ended and I had to listen to the music for 10 minutes. Ref ***. Then they want to sell my deal for this useless service.
