every month it has to be something with you people. i asked a downgrade ýesterday and its only today that they do it and now they telling me i must pay R8 foř downgrade..im sick and tired of DSTV EVERY MONTH I MUST DEAL WITH STUPID AGENTS...REVERSE TODAYS CHARGE FOR ACCESS AÑD DOWNGRADE MY ****** SERVICES TO EASYVIEW NXA...SORT THIS OUT ***

07 Sept 2022, 06:56this is nonsense i have since complained about this mediocre service since yesterday at 3pm i wake up today my services are off when i asked downgrade on the 5th of September on messenger and complained about this no one has came through..please switch on my tv añd reverse whatever charge from 6september..im working call me around 10:30 am1:pm..im sick of dstv
