Worst service possible

I can not believe that any company can be so unprofessional. I am in the military and we wish to pay Multichoice. I have received our yearly invoice. Unfortunately I require some documentation from Multichoice to be able to pay Multichoice. I have emailed the documentation to 3 different people and have been struggling for more than a month to receive it back. And this is after daily inquiries. Is there not another service provider that would like to do business in a profesional manner?
