Worst service on planet earth

The Dstv twitter account is run by the most useless person ever, for the past 3 months everytime I pay my subscription, it still gets cut for whatever reason, I have emailed proof of payment and I’m still being told that you guys can’t find the payment. You have really bad service . I even asked to be refunded and you guys can’t even do that. Really bad service
