Worst service of note

<p>Up till now I still haven't had an answer regarding my change of ownership! Everything is an issue with no attempt to assist!! A team leader by the name of Katlego Montigia had the nerve to cut the call on me! No attempt to assist!! Didn't even even know my name but he took the escalation!it has to be my worst device ever received by 1 company! Sadly if this is the type of people that r team leaders then I know truly that I'm fighting a loosing battle because they simply just not bothered!! Disgusted!</p>
