Worst service. made to over pay
<p>I upgraded and paid double the amount of the upgrade. Issue was acnowledged but no answer as to why I was overcharged and why I can't get my cash back. Worst service.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Money gone down the drain for nothing</p>

Service put down to the R29 one. no point keeping service when there is no assistance. will cancel this month end totally. Hopefully someone will be able to buy the decoder off my hands.
