Worst service I’ve received my entire life

Most useless customer service I have ever received. I am not one to write reviews but dealing with DStv has been a nightmare. I signed up for their streaming service on the 27th, their platform didn’t work, it only gave me free channels, I escalated this matter with their customer service. The platform worked for one day and gave me the same problem the following day. I logged a fault again and had a back and fourth for the whole of Saturday, Sunday it worked again. Monday it’s no longer working. Today I escalated the matter again, I get told that I still have a payment outstanding, I explain to the consultant that was assisting me that I only signed up for this on the 27 and I made a payment of R347.23 for a product that is advertised as R299, she proceeds to tell me that no I need to made a payment again, for what cause I recently joined and made a payment. I asked her numerous times that if that’s the case what is the payment I was making for, she didn’t answer me. I told her that I want my refund for the money I paid she proceeds to ask what refund cause the is no payment in your profile. I shared all I could with her at the time I even provided her with the reference number I was giving by them to track the payment and she still failed to assist.

I just want my refund cause some of us work hard for that money and cannot afford to have it go to waste in the bin. It seems like getting my refund is also a problem
