Worst service I've ever recieved

Good day My issues with multichoice started at the end of March 2018, I called in to the customer care line on the 31st of March 2018 to find out what amount I had to pay to have my dstv switched back on, I hadn't had a tv for about 9 months and just bought a new one, my dstv was not connected to my tv or the dish at that point but I was considering switching it back on. The lady then told me it was some rediculous amount of over a grand so I asked why it was so much becasue I didn't owe dstv anything. She then told me that I owed R183 from August 2016... I explained to her that I recieved an sms in November 2017 from the lawyers saying that if I pay my account that day then I only have to pay 50% so I went ahead and made a payment if 50% of what I owed which was R183... I had been recieveing calls from the lawyers at least once a week for months and suddenly after I made the payment I never heard from them again... She sent that info through to the billing department and our call was over. Then on the 5th of April 2018 I recieved an sms from dstv to say that becasue I hadn't paid my account my services have been cut... So I called in that morning to explain that I never asked for my services to be connected, I only called in to ask what I have to pay. The person I spoke to again sent that info through to billing... I let almost 3 weeks pass and I hadn't had any feedback regarding these two issues so I again called in and spoke to another lady... That was on the 26st of April 2018, she told me that the one was rejected but would see if she could assist further with it, I then asked her how much I had to pay to get my services back on and she said R185 so on the 27th of April 2018 I paid the R185 and called in again and spoke with Marissa. First off, she was extremely rude, she wouldn't let me speak, kept interrupting me and then tells me I didn't pay enough, that I needed to pay something close to R1000 so I told her that I paid the R185 I was told to pay so why must I still pay so much, she told me that it's R107 for the 5 days I had dstv in the beggining of april (after the previous lady recconected me even though my dstv isn't connected to a dish and I never asked her to connect me) and the R183 is for what I owe from August 2016 (from when the lawyers told me I could pay 50% for that day only) and then the R800 for the new month of may. At this point I'm really irritated because I paid what I was told to pay... So all in all I needed to pay an additional R262!! I have never in my life recieved such revolting service... I hadn't had dstv for a while and never have you ever reconnected my services before I paid... Now I had to pay for 5 days when my decoder wasn't even plugged into my tv and this story about the lawyers... I honestly think I will just let my dstv be cut and never recconect it again... After the service I recieved from Marissa... I am disgusted and you at dstv do not deserve R809 a month from me... Your service is the worst I've ever recieved! Get your act together!!

I have been treated unfairly by dstv and charged for something I didn't ask for! I cannot believe this is how you at dstv will handle this... U will NEVER see my money again... This reply will be going on to social media for everyone to see!!
