Worst service I want my money

***7 vs ***5... So my ref for dstv is the 57 and I made a payment into the 75....then made the right payment, assuming it would be easy to get my refund... But it has been hell, I spend over an hour daily speaking to unprofessional advisors who keep changing stories, management team is a joke, they hang up on me and I keep hearing different feedback, I have provided everything they wanted the proof of payment, the ID copy and my bank statement but now they are bullying me into going on a credit instead of refunding my funds... I am so fed up... Just because they are so huge they could not care about customers and good service... I am so frustrated, I wonder if we all just went against them as huge as they feel they are.. Let's Netflix or pay once and enjoy forever where we are wanted... Dstv you are honestly a disgrace if could rate no star at all that is what I would.... Worst service, I want my money back I am not interested in a credit with your stupid company.
