Worst service i have ever recieved from any company in my Life

DSTV is robbing me now they charged me triple instead of for my one decoder subscription. they make you hold for half an hour to an hour on calls, i have escalated so many calls but to no avail. they admitted they have made a mistake but still have not rectified it since August. they keep disconnecting my service then want to charge me 50 rand reconnection fee for there mistakes ... I don't no what to do anymore i have been disconnected again. all the people i have spoken thus far have been so lazy and unhelpful.
