Worst service I have ever experienced.

You can buy a decoder easily from anywhere, just don't expect to be able to connect it, the app doesn't work, the whatsapp doesn't work, the website is the most pathetic thing I have seen, you can't login to it even if you are registered. The phones are even worse, for the amount of money we are paying you expect at least a little service. If I gave service like this my business would be closed by now, but because you are a big corporate you don't care about the people that pay you. You are on par with Eskom, maybe even a bit more pathetic, their apps at least work.
