WORST SERVICE FROM UNHELPFUL DSTV AGENT
Worst experience today with call centre agent. So unhelpful. Cancelled Showmax at the beginning of September and still being charged for it and MultiChoice is still charging me for next month because they cannot remove it from their system and its still active. Being charged for a service I don't have anymore! Absolutely pathetic service from DSTV MultiChoice!!!
