WORST SERVICE FROM DSTV(MULTICHOICE)

I had the worst experience DSTV after being a customer for so many years the problem started on the 23rd of June 2025 when i received an SMS to saying i owe R1371.55 i then contacted DSTV they said is a subscription and self connection fee which i disputed they reversed the other fees but to this date they haven't reversed the Self connection fee which they confirmed the number used was not mine.
