Worst service from a DSTV accredited installers

I have experienced the worst service in my life, from an a DSTV accredited installer at Como city, Randburg.I believe dstv ( multichoice) is involved in this ****, they are not assisting,. I requested to upgrade to Explora 3 with two extraview decoders. I did not know what was to come. On 15 December 2018, Two foreign nationals came to my house to do the installation. I paid R 1700, plus they took my old LNB unit for themselves. All decoders lost signal after few hours. I tried to call them, phone was on consistently on voicemail. I escalated the problem to multichoice, but only to be given a run around by the call centre. They promised to escalate, to their installation services. I was given the number ********** . The number bounces back to the call center. Eventually, got hold of the installer from a company called, Chris DSTV. The installer, shouted at me, asking me why dare calling multichoice, cause he is the one who did the installation. The next day, he sent me photos of my house gate indicating that he was at my house at night. I don't feel safe as it is. I am still waiting for DSTV ( multichoice ), after more than 24 hours, my decoders are off-line, the installer does not cooperate. I am appealing to all South Africans, to be careful about these scrupulous so-called Accredited installers from DSTV. I am lost for words
