WORST SERVICE!!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER .I made payment on the agreed date using the sms link they provided for me. Called to find out that if they could see, which they didn't (THEY NEVER SEE IT!) I emailed it, next morning i had to email again because i was now deactivated! Few days after that my service was deactivated, I had to call only to do the same process again.Took only 3 days the service was deactivated again.I had to pay reconnection fee. FOR WHAT???? Why do i need to pay for a reconnection when i paid in time and emailed proof? Why is it me who's paying for their system problems? Try getting any of their managers to respond or attend you, you in for a wait! I wish i did not need your services!!! you exploit your client!!!
