Worst service ever, we need an alternative, im tired of DSTV

Their agents are not well trained, their service is very bad……They disconnected the service and they said it’s because I havent paid while i have paid___when they realised that they were wrong they said they will reconnect them and i must factory reset my decoder’s settings~~~The system stuck on step3 and i called again, the agent said the first agent was wrong and i shouldn’t have reset it. She asked me to call back after an hour if i still can’t go beyond step4. I called again, because the situation didn’t change and the 3rd agent said i must contact an installer because they can’t do anything on their side. Had they not disconnected my services for stupid reasons then I wouldn’t be in this situation. Dstv sucks, we really need an alternative, everything about them is bad.
