WORST SERVICE EVER!! Waited 1 hour 30min.

Arrived at the store around something to 15H00 i was attended to by a guy named Chauke. My extra view decoder (PVR) wich is connected to explora was faulty so they suggested that I get another explora for R900, which i didn't have, so just opted to get those small HD decoders for R500. I then asked them to cancel my old PVR decoder and put the new 1 in its place. The time was 15H00 when that happened, I then was given a place to sit and wait, and all seemed well.

1h30min later I got up and went to the counter to ask what was taking so long, only to be asked "about what?" Thats when the blood started boiling, took a deep breath and calmed myself down, explained myself and the reply was, "eish you were helped by a wrong (presuming he ment ***********) person, I'll go check and let you know whats happening."

He came back and said "Oh no sir, I don't know what they did but its still loading software" we then argued abit about the time it take to upgrade software which is 20-25min max, ended up asking for my money back and going to buy the decoder from PEP Cell, for R450...
