Worst Service ever! Quick to debit but not quick to assist!

I call DStv numerous times to ask why am i on the Compact plus option as i only take up the 99 package or the Compact package, clearly cos i feel its a waste of money, its only there for the kids cartoons.

I called the whole of last week, spoke to Hitekani, who said her Team leader Manqcoba sent the reversal request through, i then dropped the line and realized the refund was never sent through. I called back the next, the agent apparently didn't know who Manqcoba was, I then spoke to her team leader Jacob, who assured me the refund will be done, as he will make it priority, that didn't happen. I called back the Friday and spoke to another team leader and still have not been assisted!!!!! What to do?!!! and I hope I'm on the Compact package as i have requested and not on the compact plus.

The worst part is every time I call in, nobody knows nobody. I am asked which area assisted me and its a big call center or there are different call center....with contact number duh!!!!

I want my refund!
