Worst service ever, price lock is a ****

Price lock is a ****, this service just take advantage of people, they can't even call a person and explain, I just have to waste my airtime for them, and I'm paying 935 monthly and apparently now I'm owing them 4000 and some cash, what I know is once I miss one payment your services is disconnected, why mine waited until it reaches such amount
