worst service ever .....pay for old movies that never update

worst service ever received , called in three times a was put on hold for 30min n still they cannot get it right....Bianca was a lady that I spoke to and didn't want to even help me just said my manager will call u hence the manager is worse then her as I'm still waiting for her call...bad service ever ....i don't suggest anyone uses dstv....they must fall just like SABC
