WORST SERVICE EVER - INCOMPETENCE AT ITS BEST!
I never come across such *********** staff ever! DSTV takes the award for worst service of the year. I cancelled our subscription but was still debited. I called back requesting a refund which agents confirmed is in the process and would be concluded on Tuesday 6/10 by 1:30 … NOTHING YET! I called back today and spoke to 5 different agents of which all CUT THE CALL on me! Pathetic doesn't not even describe the service from DSTV. After being with them for 10years - I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Your system apparently shows refund is done but no payment received. Can I please get feedback by cob else I'm going to all social media platforms! You guys are ****** ridiculous!
