WORST SERVICE EVER FROM DSTV MULTICHOICE PROBLEMS NOW FOR 13 DAYS AND IT IS STILL NOW SOLVED.!!!!!
Worst service ever. ***/I49 I Asked for my Compact Plus to be upgraded till end Augustus. to Premium I only need to pay R15 according to reference call from Phando Mayale (1) After the end of the month I also had to speak to Nango Nambozomo (2) Tumelo (Nice lady told me every thing is fine (3) Phorsia and"team leader" Hadloy or Hadsoy Since that call I dont have DSTV FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS AND HE SAID HE WILL PHONE BACK IN A HOURS TIME. STILL WAITING.... I did send proof of payment to Mpho who did reply. I told everybody I ONLY NEED premium TILL THE END OF AUGUST, FROM 1 SEPT I WANT TO GO BACK TO compact plus for R549pm. Why don't you just listen to the original reference call. I49 hADSOY OR HADLOY stopped my DSTV and accuse me of not paying. I have the best credit score and pay my accounts now I am told I didnt pay, knowing very well I did pay for the month of September. Worst assistant ever. WORST TEAM LEADER EVER!!!!!!!! Stiil got no DSTV and paid in full for this month.

I had to pay another amount of R163 ontop of the R549 to be able to look at TV toning.
I paid the amount of R200, but dont agree that I am responsible for it.

According to that call my original package - Compact Plus will proceed from 1 Sept without any complications. I don't know why a person have to make so many calls and without any joy.
