Worst Service Ever

To this day my issue has still not been resolved..they got a review on this platform & called because they aware that this Platform will ruin their reputation buy it's been 2 weeks I'm yet to see any changes..To make matter worse is that they still had the nerve to send email informing me of an outstanding balance whole all the while it's them who owe me money from March..It's them who have listed my name on the credit bureau for the Internet service I never received..It's them who shud do right by me & refund my money's due..It's them who have to cancel the contact that never got off the ground to begin with.Dont get me started on the fact that they don't even bother reading emails on their (help@dstv email.com) I even had to request change of Ownership so that their decoder can fall under someone else's name instead of my own because of their inconvenience.. I never thought I would say this but I have never ever in my life coming from Sales & Service Industry ever received such appalling service.
