I have called the Multichoice contact centre countless times to enquire about the balance outstanding on my account for R799.00.

I was told that it was an error and that the matter had been escalated , however even today nothing has been resolved.

I am on Compact with an Explorer and an Extra View and my monthly subscription is R500.00 .

Now tell me , who do I need to scream at or report for this matter to be resolved.
