Worst service ever experienced.

I got a call to get price lock and was told the pro-rata for the month will be collected with the subscription amount on my selected collection date. I agreed. The installation happened and 5 days later it was disconnected because of outstanding payment. I called and asked why I was given incorrect information and requested to cancel, a lady by the name of Bonakele said she will escalate the matter and I will receive feedback within 24hrs since I was able to cancel within 7 days of receiving the decoder. After 3 days of no call back, I called them again and spoke to Busi who then transferred me to their retention team and I got through to Khetheo who is apparently managed by Kressin, Khethelo said she doesn't deal with price lock and I must send and email to ***, I did that and still nothing to date. I have gone on the chat and Liyema said I must pay R180 cancelation fee. Today I go on the chat to confirm exactly where to pay this R180, only to get Moleboheng Mo***eng telling me that I cannot cancel it. The reason I am canceling it is because of the incorrect information provided at sales stage and now the atrocious service received. I want the price lock canceled.
