Worst service ever experienced

Dstv customer care has the worst service i have ever experienced. After having some difficulty connecting my wifi to my explora i called the customer care on 6 different occassions for assistance and also logged in 2 internet service requests. Spoke to zandile joshua luciduwe and a manager to name a few and on each occassion was told my call was being escalated and was given poor excuses as to why i wasnt called back despite specifically giving my tel no to be contacted on I have made my last call today and again promised that someone would contact me and still nothing. The customer care agents are rude and *********** and also have a dont care attitude. Needless to day i will be cancelling our contract
