Worst service Ever

Ok – so what will it take for DSTV to resolve my issues. Every single week from Feb 02 I have been cut off. I have had endless promises. Spoken to so many people and yet this is still not resolved.

Why am I not getting responses each time I follow up?? February has still not been allocated. I was made endless promises. My statement does not kept updated either. What is so hard in doing your job
