Worst service ever
The worst service i have ever received is from Mutli Choice (DSTV), i have in error over paid them over R 6000.00 on the 06 July 2021 and have ever since sent them the documents that have been requested to refund the money now it has been a everyday call for the last 14 days to recover my overpaid money from them and everyday i am told it will be done that day, but still no refund has been done. I you are one day late with paying them they cut your dstv but you battel to get refunded, and futher more i get told even with the credit i still need to make the next payment in August 2021, this is such a joke.

21 Jul 2021, 13:52once again calling to try and have the problem solved after having to beg for money to put food on the table and by electricity not even mentioning the cost on calls, i have been placed on hold again for 30min, i expect a call from dstv back today or i will publish this bigger in the newspaper for more people to see.

22 Jul 2021, 12:36Another day and once again after speaking to a "teamleader" yesterday, noting has happened, i think this is disgraceful to say the least, why is nothing being done about the poor service from there side, it is not that you can call it a services as there is no customer service.
