Worst Service ever!!!

This is gotta be the worst company I've ever dealt with, it seems they don't know what they doing and most definitely don't give a damn about their customers. I guess it's lack of competition that they treating us like dirt and they've become so arrogant. My services are always disconnected every third day for something that's not even my fault. I have spoken to a whole lot of *********** multi choice staff and they all promise to sort out the issue but to date still not sorted 6 weeks later. it costs me money and time to always be sitting on the phone with multi choice I am so further don't know what to do anymore. if I had any other option I'd have left them long time ago cause they clearly have no idea about servicing customers.
