worst service ever

My 2 decoders were disconnected and on the 25 of may 2025 I used their WhatsApp channel to request reconnection for only 1 decoder. And I was told to pay R223 to reconnect my decoder. I paid the amount on the 26th then come 2nd June I got disconnected and when I inquire they said ilthw amount covered 2 decoders from 26 may to 02 June. Why 2 decoders while I requested reconnecti8for only 1 decoder. Again how can I pay for a decoder that is not operational. Maybe etv open view HD is better?
