Worst service ever!!!!

Absolutely appalling service. Called over 5 times for the past week. One consultant tells me I am double billed and the next consultant tells me to pay R1712 for reconnection. Every call something new!! I eventually go through to the complaints department today and request to cancel and I get told in order to cancel due to my unhappiness and waste of time they still tell me pay R2300. The consultant Portia Aphane arrogant as can be tells me she doesn't know how to assist me because I am complaining and calling her arrogant. She takes my DStv complaints personally and assists me with an extremely poor attitude. Call for more than 59 mins!!! My airtime!!! I ask to speak to her manager. She refuses. Keeps me on hold for 15 mins and comes back and tells me she can't give me a complaints email adress of a person only a generic help desk!!! This is beyond appalling!!!! 0 customer service!!!!! And consultants who take complaints personally!! How do you even employer your staff? I ask her how I am being billed so much she refers me to my statements as if she just wants to get rid of me on the call!!! Horrible ********** service!!!!!!!!!
