Worst service ever by DSTV Multichoice

I had one of the worst experiences with DSTV and is still struggling to cancel my account with them. As I no longer need their services, I want to terminate my account with them but because of my geological area (Iraq) I am not able to access their website as it is blocked in Iraq because DSTV does not render services out of the borders of South Africa. I also cannot make international calls from Iraq. DSTV do however have WhattsApp services and surprise surprise, you can buy products from them, but you can't terminate your account. There web link immediately indicates Error 403 thus you cannot terminate your account online. I also tried emails that was given by the helpdesk, and it is now two weeks later with no replies. My wife was on the line with them, but they refuse to assist with anything. I am currently paying for a service I cannot terminate from DSTV.
