My steaming bundle again since last week has not been working again.

I order one family steaming bundle was charged for two for 1 week nothing was working then I was promised a refund on the other bundle i supp**** all my documents. And now I don't have any channels working when I go onto the app on my tv or my phone. I just want my money back now.i don't want anything else. I've been charged for 2 months and I haven't even been able to even watch anything.

This is now just unacceptable and I don't want to have anthong more from DSTV
