Worst service ever

They actually do not even deserve a rating, I had an encounter where I paid an amount of R565.70 (which is almost double the monthly amount) to my surprise the services have not been reconnected,I contacted the call centre and was assured by a lady who advised me on what to do which I did , got the ref number *** , when I called back in. I’m told that the proof payment I had submitted was not the one they were looking for I asked to speak to the TL but I was placed on mute till the call dropped. I am disappointed in the services that I have received
