Worst Service Ever at DSTV Mondeor branch (agency)

Worst branch ever!!!! Went to do a change of ownership on Saturday 14 March 2020. Got assisted by a consultant by the name of Thami. He told me he will not be able to do so without previous owner id copy yet on their website its clearly states that it is not required anymore. Explained to him that i checked the requirements first on the website hence why i did not bring it with me because it say IT IS NOT REQUIRED ANYMORE and i have come a long way to be denied a service when on the forms and the website it says its not required. Thami told me that he would get fired and refused to help me. When i asked for the manager i was told that he had knocked off!!!!!! and said i must speak to a guy by the name of Tshepo who came with no solution to the issue. I left the place without getting any help. DSTV Facebook team still insisted that the previous owner identity is not required as mentioned on the website and they have assisted me with my change of ownership. Highly disappointed with the service of DSTV Mondeor branch, such a low level of competency. Would not recommend anyone to use that branch.
