Worst Service Ever

Called in to enquire about the discount that they offer , We are all aware that this pandemic has everyone on their toes,

But the service I received from Mxolisi and Busiswa its absurd. You calling with your airtime to get assistance and agents decide to put your on hold for no reason.

Multichoice Should teach their people customer service , 1st you called with product they have send to you and the agent know nothing about it and when they decide to escalate to their supervisor and you are put on hold for an hour with the agent advising you that they will enquire more info on it

This is pathetic, I hope they read this complaint and fix it,,, Its just a pity that they still dominate in the industry of entertainment but hayi shame they are useless
