Worst service ever
Good day
On 29 October 2019 my father paid R53900. 00 instead of R530. 00 since then after calling every day Multichoice is reluctant to refund him. He is a pensioner and in need of his funds.
Nothing is attended to at all.

I need this sorted out today and I want to be contacted TODAY. I have spent hundreds of rands on airtime.
