Worst service ever

I’ve never been so frustrated in my entire life, I’ve been trying to downgrade since Friday 1st January, as my payment date was the 2nd. The app kept telling me failed, the whatsapp kept saying sorry something went wrong, since I can’t afford compact plus for this month wanted to downgrade to dstv family, so I guess my children is going to go without tv for the whole month or even whole year because I’m really tired of you guys for your incompetence
