Worst service ever

I have had an account problem with this company since 12 November 2021. I only wanted to make a name change-only that. It now turned into a nightmare. I have been without service since 25th Feb and I sent the request to them so many times and all the want is money but my debit order goes off every month on the 1st of each month. I cannot get anybody to assist me. The one star is over rated.
